2 Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Gurugram<\/strong>, <strong>India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a Junior Specialist intern within the Knowledge Management Services (KMS) Team, contributing to the enhancement of BCG\u2019s knowledge base.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Focus on Knowledge Curation activities, including identifying, extracting, and sanitizing valuable content across document repositories, and sharing it with the broader BCG community.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support Content Managers by contributing to various activities and initiatives while delivering exceptional customer service to Topic, Cases, and Practice Area teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that fosters continuous learning, with a strong customer focus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in basic coaching and mentoring of junior team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solve problems effectively and work both independently and collaboratively within the team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Embrace the opportunity to grow and develop skills in an apprenticeship culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, maintaining a positive and engaged attitude to help build a loyal customer base for the Knowledge Management Services team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>University degree with a record of high academic achievement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0-2 years of experience in general knowledge\/content management and\/or research, ideally in a professional services firm, academia, or government.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong business acumen and proficiency with research techniques and methodologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of relevant sectors or topics is an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluency in English with excellent business writing skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders in a global, collaborative team environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of Knowledge Management (KM) concepts and its application in a professional setting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capture content from high-impact cases within BCG&#8217;s Global Advantage Practice Area, working under the supervision of the Content Manager and Knowledge Team, in collaboration with case teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the Content Manager to identify knowledge gaps on BCG&#8217;s intranet and fill them with targeted case curation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure content quality in collaboration with the Content Manager to keep knowledge IP relevant to rapidly changing commercial priorities and make it searchable on the intranet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct content sanitization services, ensuring high-quality deliverables that adhere to BCG\u2019s confidentiality standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate strong organizational and prioritization skills, working independently and as part of a global team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adapt to stakeholder requirements with excellent process and planning skills, exhibiting strong follow-through and accountability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in cross-team projects, fostering collaboration and innovation to improve processes and projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build relationships with assigned Practice Areas, providing specific services and drafting basic reports on Knowledge Management (KM) activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review project objectives with the Team Manager, proactively suggesting the most appropriate and timely approach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and help resolve process-related issues as they arise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively solve recurring and familiar problems, assessing the complexity and seeking appropriate solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop relationships with team members and Practice Area\/Function, providing support as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with Specialists and Senior Specialists in the team or Practice Area to deepen understanding and deliver specific support services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Boston Consulting Group partners with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities.
