class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively monitor work queues and provide support for highly technical or complex client tickets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work independently, under general direction from clients, stakeholders, team leads, or senior managers, to resolve escalated incidents\/requests within the agreed SLA timeframe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide timely and consistent updates on tickets, documenting resolution tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify, investigate, and analyze issues or errors proactively, logging incidents as they occur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capture all required and relevant information for immediate resolution of issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide fourth-level support for escalated incidents, addressing tickets that third-line engineers could not resolve.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share knowledge to resolve issues, document solutions, and disseminate it to other engineers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate with other teams and clients to extend support when needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as the emergency support contact for critical client and business-impacting issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that shift handover highlights key escalated open tickets and critical upcoming tasks for the next shift.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support, track, and document change implementations as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escalate tickets to management promptly, providing updates when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively identify and contribute to automation efforts, working with automation teams to optimize routine tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Systematically gather relevant information and apply technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve escalated tickets in complex client environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use diagnostic procedures and tools to address unique and complex technical issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coach Service Desk, Operations Centre, and L3 teams by offering technical expertise and delegating tasks to other engineering teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct quality audits covering processes, service experiences, ticket updates, etc., as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and implement projects within the technology domain, delivering solutions promptly according to client requirements and timelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in implementing and delivering Disaster Recovery functions and tests when necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent qualification in IT\/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CCIE Certification or equivalent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant certifications related to services provided (certifications add significant weight to the candidate\u2019s qualifications).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Strong proficiency in the change management process, including planning, monitoring, and executing changes with clear identification of risks and mitigation plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deep technical expertise in relevant functions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent client service orientation with a passion for exceeding expectations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to effectively communicate and work across different cultures and social groups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent planning skills for activities and projects, with consideration for changing circumstances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to maintain a Proficiencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Pulse Secure SSL VPN \/ Virtual Juniper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Palo Alto and Fortinet Firewalls<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cisco Nexus switches, ASR and ISR routers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cisco ACS, ISE, and Meraki switches and access points<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enterprise network architecture and common routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Network address translation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting ISP uplinks for DIA, MPLS, and P2P circuits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with network management and monitoring tools such as SecureCRT, Logic Monitor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive experience in Managed Services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in working on multiple large global enterprise client outsourcing projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced vendor management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to effectively manage shift-left work (delegating tasks to junior levels).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprehensive understanding of the IT industry and IT service
