2 Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bengaluru<\/strong>,<strong> India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Collect and design advanced analytics solutions, including descriptive and predictive models, machine learning techniques, AI, and RPA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor incoming data analytics requests, execute the required analyses, and distribute results efficiently and effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and lead periodic data analytics meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration within the team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop, implement, support, and maintain protocols, standards, and documentation for data analytics processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze complex data to identify anomalies, trends, and risks, providing actionable insights to improve internal controls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare detailed documentation and create analytic dashboards\/reports to effectively communicate summarized results and analyses to stakeholders, with supporting details readily available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address ad-hoc analytics requests and facilitate data acquisition to support internal projects, special initiatives, and investigations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to internal process improvements, driving efficiency, innovation, and best practices across the analytics function.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate data requirements and ensure global teams have access to the necessary information, understanding data relationships with business processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist global teams in querying key systems to enhance their understanding of data within business processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in department leadership initiatives related to technology support, knowledge management, and tool usage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare written summaries to accompany analytical results, maintaining clear and thorough documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand and communicate business requirements, collaborating effectively with business stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clearly explain data insights and results, demonstrating how they support project objectives and drive decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science or a related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Desirable Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Internship or project experience in data analysis, data science, or data engineering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of big data technologies and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or similar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with database concepts for data acquisition, querying, and maintenance (e.g., MS SQL or similar).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in developing user-friendly, interactive dashboards using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc., is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of machine learning techniques (e.g., clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks) and their real-world applications and limitations is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in building and maintaining data ingestion pipelines and transformations using tools like Databricks, Trifacta, etc., along with knowledge of cloud technologies, is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of advanced analytics, statistical techniques, and concepts (e.g., regression, distributions, statistical tests), and practical experience with their applications is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Business Acumen:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and apply business concepts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop analytics solutions using both technical and business domain knowledge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Communication &amp;
