The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Red Hat<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Software Engineer <\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2018\/ 2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Work From Home (Remote)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the onboarding of new deployment types for Ansible Automation Platform and Ansible Lightspeed use cases into the Continuous Performance Testing framework, including AAP on OCP and cloud marketplace offerings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop tools to generate load on applications within the Ansible Automation Platform for performance testing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with engineering and quality engineering (QE) teams to automate the deployment and configuration of the Ansible Automation Platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automate the collection and analysis of monitoring data and logs to assess and characterize system performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with software developers to enhance code performance through algorithm redesign, reduced resource utilization, and improved latency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide visibility into performance and scaling challenges by developing tools to assess various features and determine key performance parameters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively identify scale-related issues and collaborate with Application Operations and Engineering teams to implement resolutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work full-time with dedication and focus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in working with UNIX or Linux operating systems (across various distributions).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experienced with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or OpenShift.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skilled in automating software deployment and testing processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experienced in test data visualization and analysis techniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Over 1 year of experience in software development or software testing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in programming languages such as C or Python.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiar with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Red Hat is the world\u2019s leading provider of enterprise open source software solutions, using a community-powered approach to deliver high-performing Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies.
