The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Eli Lilly<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>Software Engineer (AI\/ML)<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Translate business requirements and processes into technical specifications, and vice versa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mentor and guide junior engineers to support their development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow standardized processes for requirements definition, analysis, design, construction, and testing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models and chatbots.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform statistical analysis to fine-tune models and retrain systems when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize libraries and frameworks such as LangChain for AI development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document processes to ensure reproducibility and maintainability of solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster team growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to adapt quickly in a constantly changing environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience in the software development life cycle, covering project initiation through support, including development, testing, and validation processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with Azure GenAI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding and practical experience in advanced machine learning algorithms, deep learning, statistics, and large language models (LLMs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with LLMs such as OpenAI and Llama2.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex used for building Generative AI solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Python (intermediate level), along with Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, model deployment, feature engineering, and data pre-processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and GitHub.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience in building chatbots using available models.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposure to AWS cloud services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in Pharmaceutical IT would be a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams for task completion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated ability to quickly learn modern technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and self-management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly organized with the ability to evaluate, facilitate, and drive risk-based decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven team player, capable of working in dynamic environments with changing priorities and compressed deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with deep learning and MLOps frameworks like MLflow or Kubeflow (preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposure to both AWS and Azure cloud platforms (preferred).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;re a medicine company turning science into healing to make life better for people around the world.
