The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>SAP<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Business Processes Associate Consultant<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2018\/ 2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore; Gurgaon, India (Hybrid)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Cloud Reporting team is responsible for:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Designing, creating, and deploying SAP SuccessFactors reports, including Report Stories, for customers using the cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) suite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing end-user and internal training on cloud-based reporting tools and their application across all areas of the HCM suite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting and enhancing active reports for the SAP SuccessFactors customer base.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key duties include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Creating reports using SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools for customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performing technical and functional analysis of SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite modules to offer best-practice reporting guidance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementing and testing development items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing ad hoc reports from various data sources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing and updating technical and functional specification documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generating ad hoc queries for verification purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interpreting and applying business logic and data mapping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>0-3 years of industry experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP SuccessFactors Report Stories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposure to the SAP SuccessFactors cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) suite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in SQL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with other reporting or analytics tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enthusiastic attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective time management skills and ability to work under pressure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Methodical, detail-oriented, and thorough in work approach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At SAP, our purpose is to help the world run better and improve people\u2019s lives.
