The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Micron Technology<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Associate Software Engineer<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Recent Batches<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Hyderabad<\/strong>, <strong>India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with IT, Information Security, and Technology teams to drive impactful changes across the organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the potential impact of infrastructure and software deployment changes is well understood, using data to assess upstream and downstream dependencies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct end-to-end testing and performance analysis for real-time data applications, solving issues, identifying opportunities, and driving initiatives to completion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and obtain approval for system and programming documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards, and train users during system conversion and implementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess basic knowledge of data center components like servers, storage, networks, and load balancers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand various operating systems, virtualization, networking, and firewalls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a basic understanding of RDBMS, server infrastructure, or SaaS applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in at least one scripting language (preferably PowerShell).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledgeable about basic networking concepts and the OSI model.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand switching and routing protocols like EIGRP, BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, HSRP, LACP, SSO, RPR, as well as VLAN, STP, RSTP, and MST protocols.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiar with TCP\/IP and network connectivity troubleshooting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Install, configure, support, and maintain operational tools and procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle alerts and tasks using tools such as HP NNMI, Cisco Prime, NetScout, Livenx, and NetBrain monitoring tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create tickets for critical alerts and update them with relevant information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow documented procedures and coordinate with the TechOps team for clarifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate strong research, investigation, and evaluation skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with customers to gather requirements, propose solutions, and provision infrastructure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide day-to-day support for automation tools, including in-house solutions, release automation, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute projects within deadlines while maintaining OLA and SLA agreements with other business units.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform environment changes according to RFC schedules and planning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand and be willing to learn IT Service Management processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adapt to new technologies to improve operations support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn monitoring tools and triage issues based on the problem faced.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) along with analytical and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to work rotational shifts in a 24&#215;7 environment, including weekend on-call support, ensuring 24x7x365 infrastructure availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shadow senior team members, ask questions, and assist where possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning new technologies and a hardworking attitude.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in meetings, attend workshops, and engage in other training opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take ownership and accountability for the environment you manage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle customer interactions and work with cross-functional teams via voice, email, or chat effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life&nbsp;<em>for all<\/em>.
