The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>KPMG<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Associate Consultant<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Graduate\/ Postgraduate<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Entry level<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Mumbai; Gurgaon, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor compliance with broader KGS and onshore timesheets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform weekly and monthly reconciliation of various timesheets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct variance analysis on a weekly, monthly, and year-to-date basis for IPT and Sync\/SAP timesheets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report weekly and monthly borrowed hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Project Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the accuracy of timesheets through sanitization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Publish a weekly list of timesheet defaulters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Control timesheet defaults by sending regular reminders and reconciling to ensure corrections are reflected in the respective systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconcile headcount (KGS vs. Onshore HR report validation).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the onboarding and offboarding of team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track all data related to invoicing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage software and database licenses for business teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and review Statements of Work (SOWs) and contractual agreements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raise project codes against SOWs for engagements and dedicated FTEs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report hours for project billing purposes, including lending and borrowing activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stakeholder Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively engage with relevant business units, HR, IT, Admin, and CPT to develop and prioritize requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide monthly and ad-hoc reports to key stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Personal Performance &amp; Development<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all Personal Development Plan goals and objectives are met or exceeded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take responsibility for personal development needs and ensure all objectives are met or exceeded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promptly seek and act upon all feedback received, both positive and negative, to support continuous personal development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consistently demonstrate KPMG values and contribute to the citizenship and sustainability agenda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Any Graduate\/ Postgraduate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with automation tools like Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI is advantageous but not mandatory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>KPMG is a global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services.
