The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Wipro<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Data Science Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/\u00a02023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bengaluru, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Oversee and Support Processes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Review daily transactions and performance metrics for the team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze the performance dashboard and team scores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide technical support and process guidance to help the team improve performance metrics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Record, track, and document all queries received, steps taken to resolve issues, and the outcomes (both successful and unsuccessful).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure adherence to standard processes and procedures for resolving client queries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolve client queries within the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) defined in the contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop an understanding of the process and product for team members to enhance client interaction and troubleshooting capabilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document and analyze call logs to identify recurring trends and prevent future issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify potential issues and escalate serious client concerns to the Team Leader in cases of delayed resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that all product information and disclosures are communicated to clients before and after handling their requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor compliance with service agreements to avoid legal challenges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Handle Technical Escalations:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Diagnose and troubleshoot client queries effectively to manage technical escalations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolve technical issues within the defined SLA and quality standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escalate unresolved issues to Technical Assistance (TA) and Senior Engineering Support (SES) as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide product support by diagnosing issues and guiding users through step-by-step solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address client queries in a professional, courteous, and user-friendly manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offer alternative solutions to clients, where appropriate, to retain business relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize ideas and communicate messages effectively to suit listeners and situations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow up with customers, make scheduled callbacks, and ensure compliance with contract SLAs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Build Team Capability and Ensure Operational Excellence:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Mentor and guide Production Specialists to enhance their technical knowledge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify skill gaps through interviews and organize training sessions (Triages) to address these gaps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and deliver targeted product training for Production Specialists as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inform clients about ongoing training sessions (Triages).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay updated on product features, changes, and updates by participating in product training sessions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enroll in product-specific and additional training as required by client recommendations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and document common problems, and recommend appropriate resolutions to the team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuously update job knowledge through self-learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Behavioral Competencies:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Strong domain knowledge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively with others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keen attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Committed to execution excellence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skilled in stakeholder management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Focused on internal client-centricity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company focused on building innovative solutions that address clients\u2019 most complex digital transformation needs.
