Com\/ BA\/ 12th Pass<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 202<\/strong>4<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers (0 &#8211; 1 Years<\/strong>)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Effectively manage personal and customer support inboxes, promptly responding to end-user requests according to the service standards established for each customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process service orders, answer inquiries, maintain account information, and accurately document user information within the ticketing or record system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, keeping them informed of issue statuses by sharing relevant information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to schedules, turnaround times, and shifts, while efficiently managing time and handling multiple priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accurately complete assigned tasks within the required customer-assigned Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Proactively understand and address user concerns, identifying the root cause of issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A high school diploma is the minimum requirement, with excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preferred educational qualifications include BSc, B.
