The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>Rolls-Royce<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Internship\/ Apprenticeship<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Graduation<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2023\/ 2024\/ 2025\/ 2026<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore<\/strong>,<strong> India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Software Apprenticeship &#8211; Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the Digital Solutions Lead to consolidate business requirements and generate ideas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with Visualization Engineers and Application Architects to receive guidance and validate ideas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders and team members to achieve valuable outcomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with colleagues from other disciplines to define technology objectives, assess solution options, and devise architectural solutions that meet strategic business goals and operational requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate openly with all stakeholders, providing timely updates on status and issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and demonstrate a broad set of technology skills in Java technologies, microservice design patterns, open source libraries and frameworks, and technology architecture concepts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Draft and iterate technical design documentation and component testing documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seek opportunities to constantly upskill in both front-end and back-end technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Procurement Apprenticeship &#8211; Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Use a ticket-based system to assist the Strategic Buyer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create or update purchase documents and follow up with requesters in case of any issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create RFX sourcing events in the system and follow up on bids.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform invoice clearance and assist with invoice-related queries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work on vendor onboarding and NDA creation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Finance Apprenticeship &#8211; Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Sort through emails, placing them into appropriate subfolders for queries, statements, and invoices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive postal mail invoices, scan them, and place them into appropriate folders for uploading into Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Move VIM invoices into the scanning solution, perform checks on images, and upload them into SAP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a log of invoices received for statistical information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist the Proactive Invoice Processing (PIP) team with matching approvals and input as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolve and post invoice exceptions in VIM, including following up with logistics for goods receipts, obtaining approvals from the business, and addressing discrepancies with purchasing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform routine follow-ups on invoices that have been workflowed with no response.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconcile statements and work with vendors to resolve discrepancies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respond to queries within 48 hours of receiving an email or phone call.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work on intercompany confirmation, determining discrepancies and resolving them with the counterparty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with central teams to submit vendor master changes, including banking and remittance changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Pursuing or holding a degree in a relevant field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication and user empathy skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to work effectively in teams while contributing individually.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passion for continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rolls-Royce is a world-leading provider of power systems and services, for use on land, at sea and in the air.
