Interactions are typically at the executive level with client team members and GDS personnel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand clients&#8217; business and requirements, service level agreements (SLAs) of the process, and quality parameters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in project teams involved in regular client connections and drive exceptional client service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work as a team player to foster teamwork and deliver high-quality outputs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skills and Attributes for Success:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Strong written and oral communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong domain knowledge of various financial market products and an understanding of financial terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate professionalism, industry competence, and clarity of communication when dealing with onshore teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable working in an unstructured and complex environment requiring out-of-the-box thinking and logical reasoning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to research and gather required information from various external and internal sources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to learn and understand EY\u2019s Risk Management policies, as well as familiarity with other Risk Management initiatives outside of the area of expertise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interest in working with a culturally diverse team from around the globe to design, develop, and deploy programs and share knowledge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team player and active listener with the ability to respond to and develop the ideas of others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Capability to work using your own initiative, with excellent communication and organizational skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and interpretation skills with excellent attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>University graduate or post-graduate with 0-1 year of relevant experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good academic background.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to operate and adapt in an ambiguous and changing environment to respond to emerging priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working to deadlines and delivering high-quality outputs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability and willingness to periodically work flexibly, such as participating in calls outside of standard office hours (early morning\/late night) to support our global organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>EY exists to build a better working world, helping create long-term value for clients, people and society and build trust in the capital markets.
