The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Airbnb&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Analyst &#8211; Payment Compliance<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2017\/ 2018\/ 2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Across India\/ Remote<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Review alerts and cases from a customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence perspective.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review customer appeals and escalations related to the KYC process, providing appropriate assistance to ensure required diligence is completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage large volumes of incoming cases and make decisions under tight deadlines and regulatory time frames.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compile appropriate case notes and other documentation to support reviews, completed steps, and recommended determinations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gather relevant on and off-platform data and objective information to support a case through its lifecycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in the assessment of potential risks, patterns, and trends based on case reviews.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accurately identify and escalate compliance risks and opportunities to the Compliance Leadership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of compliance operations experience in KYC\/AML, payments, banking, or e-commerce, with a mandatory graduation requirement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong ability to think clearly and rationally to understand logical connections between various data points.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on adaptability and resilience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to clearly articulate complex case patterns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to gather objective information, make subjective determinations, and defend those determinations both verbally and in writing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work closely and build trust with your team and other teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Exceptional organizational and process management abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High level of personal integrity, interest in payments as evidenced by related work experience, proven dedication to excellence, leadership qualities, and a flexible, creative, innovative approach to problem-solving.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with SQL and data querying skills is highly preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Airbnb was born in 2007 when two Hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 4 million Hosts who have welcomed 1.4 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe.
