The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Thomson Reuters<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Analyst- Finance Data and Analytics<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>B.Tech\/ M.Tech\/ MCA or equivalent<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers (0 &#8211; 2 Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bengaluru; Hyderabad<\/strong>,<strong> India (Hybrid)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Effectively communicate across various levels, including executives, and functions within the global organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to drive projects and tasks to deliver value.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage with stakeholders, business analysts, and project teams to understand data requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design analytical frameworks to provide insights into business problems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explore and visualize multiple data sets to understand available data and prepare it for problem-solving.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design database models if a data mart or operational data store is required to aggregate data for modeling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design visualizations and build dashboards in Tableau and\/or PowerBI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extract business insights from the data and models.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Present results to stakeholders and tell stories using data through PowerPoint and\/or dashboards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>B.Tech\/M.Tech\/MCA or equivalent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0-2 years of corporate experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on experience in developing BI OLAP Semantic data models for large-scale data warehouse\/data lakes using Snowflake and PowerBI Fabric, AtScale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to map the data journey from operational system sources through any transformations in transit to its delivery into enterprise repositories (Warehouse, Data Lake, Master Data, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expertise in BI and data architecture design, including recommendations, implementation best practices, and continuous optimization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with design enablement in cloud technologies, data lake\/data warehousing on the cloud, visualization, and analytics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical aptitude while maintaining a broader perspective, with the ability to identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance business through cross-group collaboration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and complete tasks with close attention to detail, even in the face of ambiguity and environmental barriers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skilled in navigating complex organizations, systems, and processes and building collaborative relationships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Thomson Reuters is the world\u2019s leading provider of news and information-based tools to professionals.
