The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Aon<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Intern &#8211; Data Analytics &amp; BI<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Graduate or Post Graduate<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2022\/ 2023\/ 2024\/ 2025<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore<\/strong>,<strong> India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and work with the engineering team to create codes for daily data upload activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate the completeness of data from all sources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure timely completion of daily and monthly tasks related to data management and data enrichment, validating data accuracy and processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to understand business goals, existing BI reports, KPIs, raw data sources, and clarify visualization requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify key business metrics and develop ways to represent data in support of these measurements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gather requirements and document key reporting metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop Tableau dashboards based on business requirements and ensure timely updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research and reconcile data issues in reporting, providing recommendations to rationalize current reporting inventory and establish future state reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create high-quality analytics and reports, translating them into value-added decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Any Graduate or Post-Graduate (full time)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of Python, Cloudera Data Science Workbench, and R for enabling prescriptive analysis and forecasting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong experience in reporting and analytics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in developing user-friendly and interactive dashboards using Tableau, Microsites, and Power BI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good knowledge of Trifacta for data wrangling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Tableau Prep.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of the Procure-to-Pay process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with Ariba and Coupa, including data structures and building reports, and their integration with other systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of ERP systems like Workday, PeopleSoft, and Oracle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools for requirements gathering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>From gaining new experiences in different roles to acquiring fresh knowledge and skills \u2013 at UBS we believe that you should never stop growing and learning because life never stops teaching.
